Why do people blindly attack themselves? It’s like they are trying to hit themselves in the head with a hammer. If you are being attacked by someone else, that is one thing. But, when you are just being mad at yourself it is not a good idea to keep hitting yourself in the head with a hammer. How many times have you heard someone say, “I am so mad I could kill myself.” It seems so irrational because of course it would be stupid to kill yourself over something that has nothing to do with you . Why are people so foolish?
